I got my nose pierced with needle on May 11th 2012.I apply coconut oil twice daily for 5 days(that is what the person who pierced my nose said)..I was wondering how will I know when I can change to my new nose stud?

I got my nose pierced April 24th, it was fine, I was washing twice a day with sea salt soaks then 2 days in I started using antibacterial soap & the piercing started sinking. I went back to the piercer, he changed the stud & it was excellent until today (I washed it with soap again yesterday) when I woke up the whole L shaped jewelry went threw my nose so it was poking out on top I had to push it down which caused bleeding & the stud kind of sunk a little. I’m praying it doesn’t start sinking in again. So antibacterial soap is a big no-no for me now. Sticking to my sea salt even if it dries the skin around it.

I got my nose pierced friday april 20th 2012, the guy there told me to use dial gold antibacterial liquid soap, the soap is making my nose dry and hurt its also irritating my nose ring making it red and kinda swollen but there is no puss or anything coming out which is good. i dont know what to do i have been following the instructions cleaning it three times a day. i need help.

I got my nose ring on March 19,2012 for my birthday and the piercer told me to wash it with soap and water but for a week I only been washing it once a day. Is that good or bad? It hasn’t gotten swollen or infected but I’m scared it will. Should I still wash it 2-3 times a day, like morning and night or just wash it once in the morning.

My nose ring is sinking in my nose. Its a cork. I stuck a clear back on the end up it to balance it so it wontsink into my skin what do I do?

i got my nose pierced friday the person who did it dint tell me what to do. someone told me to use alcolo and then another friend told me not to use aloole to use mouth wash instead cuz i dont have the money to go out and get the other stuff my nose seems to be alright can any one tell me if iam doing the right thing

I got my nose pierced about three days ago..its fine no problems except my nose stud is practically digging in to me nostril and I don’t know what to do. I want to change it in to a ring so that it could heal and I could wear a stud …I don’t want to change it but I don’t really have a choice either because its digging into my nose..please let l me know what I could do about it.

I was just wondering, some people have told me I need to turn the stud like I would for a normal ear piercing.. should I do that or no?..
